The Surgical Clinic is a facility with two inpatient wards that cares for patients pre- and post-operatively. We have engaged and competent employees who take pride in the care we provide.

Staffing Assistant, Department 42 Surgery Mora

As a staffing assistant, you will be part of our team and play an important role in ensuring that our operations run as smoothly as possible. In this role, you will work daily with scheduling as well as urgent staffing vacancies and long-term schedule planning for our two inpatient wards. You will work in HEROMA, our personnel administrative system. Your tasks will include reviewing leave requests - approving and denying absences, as well as providing support to employees regarding scheduling issues, scheduling, and advising in Heroma self-service. As a staffing assistant, you need to manage tasks concurrently and quickly switch from one task to another. We offer an interesting, varied, and responsible job in close collaboration with other employees and first-line managers.

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with an administrative/personnel-oriented education, or alternatively education in health and medical care.
• You should be able to collaborate easily, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Be attentive and communicative in a constructive manner. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Meritorious

• Experience working with schedule planning and administration.
• Computer skills with a positive attitude towards digital tools.
• Experience working in HEROMA.
• Experience with schedule planning within 24/7 operations in health and medical care.
• From personnel and labor programs.

Employment Type

Permanent position 100%. Working hours, daytime Monday - Friday.
